Night in Italy Volunteer Needs
Help us bring the sights, sounds, and flavors of Italy to life! Volunteers are needed over three days to assist with transforming the venue, welcoming guests, supporting the event, and returning the space to its original condition.
Thursday, October 22 – Setup Day
Help decorate the venue, arrange tables and chairs, set up linens and centerpieces, organize event materials, and prepare the reception, dining, and entertainment areas.
Saturday, October 24 – Event Day
Volunteers will assist with final preparations, guest check-in, welcoming and seating guests, VIP hospitality, food and beverage service, raffle or ticket sales, event support, and light cleanup throughout the evening.
Monday, October 26 – Cleanup Day
Help remove decorations, pack and organize supplies, clean event areas, and return the venue to its original setup.
This is a fun opportunity to work alongside other volunteers while helping create a memorable Italian evening in support of the Gulfport Senior Foundation and the programs and services it funds.
